As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ed is focused on driving M. Holland’s vision and strategy, supporting international growth, and enhancing the culture among Mployees. Under his leadership over several decades, M. Holland has grown from a small regional plastics distributor to one of the top four distributors in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Ed has spent his entire career at the company, beginning as a sales representative in 1976. He was promoted to sales manager and sourcing manager in 1980 and became vice president of sales and sourcing in 1984. In 1994, he was named president and CEO, before beginning his current role in 2023. Ed has a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Illinois. He has been married to his wife, Ann Dee, for 47 years. They have three children and seven grandchildren. He is active with several charitable organizations and enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Marc leads the positioning of M. Holland to its clients, prospects, suppliers and employees. As an Executive Leadership Team member, his purview extends to the commercial business units, along with the operations, marketing and IT departments. Marc joined M. Holland in 1997 as a sales representative. He was promoted to sales manager in 1999 and to director of sales in 2006. He became Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2010 before advancing to the Executive Vice President of the commercial team in 2017 and accepting his current role in 2023. He began his career as a sales representative at Colors for Plastics in 1993. Marc has a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Indiana University. He lives in Northbrook, Illinois, with his wife, Ilene, and they have two children.

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Pat is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including accounting and financial reporting, treasury, risk management, and capital strategies. He is also responsible for human resources and talent management. Pat has more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership positions at manufacturing and distribution companies. Before joining M. Holland in 2005, Pat served as CFO at Holly Hunt, Stevens Communications, and Blistex Inc. He began his career in public accounting and has a CPA certificate. Pat has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lewis University and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago. He is married with two children and is an active member of his local community.

As Chief Innovation Officer, Nick is responsible for driving best-in-class digital experiences for M. Holland employees, clients and suppliers. He is an experienced IT executive with a passion for leading organizations in digital transformation.Nick joined M. Holland in May 2022 to lead the company’s digital evolution as a leading international thermoplastics distributor. Prior to joining M. Holland, he served as Chief Information Officer at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice and The Belt Railway Company of Chicago, providing strategic vision for IT platforms. His accomplishments include improving availability and performance of production environments, advancing internal applications and enhancing the customer experience.Nick holds a master’s degree in IT management from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University.In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, golfing, traveling, and coaching soccer and softball teams for his two daughters. Nick is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada and speaks conversational French.

As Executive Vice President, Commercial, Monica leads all commercial activities for both the Distribution and Resale business units. She will focus on implementing effective growth strategies and improving profitability across all commercial activities. She is a member of M. Holland’s Executive Leadership Team. Monica has 30 years of experience in the plastics industry spanning strategic planning, sales leadership, sourcing, operations and employee development. Prior to joining M. Holland, Monica served as CEO for Christler Chemical & Plastics, Inc. for over 20 years. She joined M. Holland when the company acquired Christler Chemical & Plastics in 2012, serving in regional sales manager, product manager and director of sales roles. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business/accounting from Oregon State University and an MBA from Portland State University. She is also a certified public accountant. She lives in Kirkland, Washington, with her husband Tony Christler.

As the Vice President, Operations for M. Holland, Joe has oversight of the Logistics, Client Experience, Purchase Planning and Quality departments. Joe has more than 20 years of experience leading teams, in-depth knowledge of the plastics industry and passion for supporting employees’ career development. Joe is also a member of M. Holland’s Executive Leadership Team. Prior to joining M. Holland in 2021, Joe served in a senior leadership capacity in the plastics distribution industry for 15 years. Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy West Point, New York and following graduation served in the U.S. Army for five years. Joe resides in London, Ohio, with his wife Kristi and two children.

As Vice President, International Resale, Stephen leads M. Holland’s domestic resale division and international businesses. Before joining M. Holland in 2010, Stephen served as president at United Polychem and vice president at Sport Court. Stephen began his career in a variety of sales representative and sales manager roles at companies such as Muehlstein, Equistar Chemicals LP, and Huntsman. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University-Hayward. Stephen and his wife, Leslie, have been married for almost 20 years and have two sons. He is a former Marine and is active with several veterans’ charities. Stephen enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

As the Vice President of Human Resources, Patty and her team create organizational solutions that enable the company to succeed through attraction, retention, engagement and development of a talented, diverse and inclusive workforce. Prior to joining M. Holland in 2016, Patty served as a director of human resources at Baxter International and United Conveyor Corporation. Before that, Patty held multiple leadership roles in human resources at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Patty has two daughters and is active in charitable organizations such as Taproot and PAWS Chicago.

Michael is the Vice President, Distribution for M. Holland with responsibility for both sales and sourcing of the company’s Distribution business in the U.S. and Canada. Michael is a seasoned plastics industry leader with over 22 years of experience. Prior to this position, Michael served as Director of Distribution Sourcing, focusing on advancing M. Holland’s sourcing relationships and leading the Distribution product portfolio. Prior to joining M. Holland, Michael served in various management roles at BASF Corporation for over 18 years. His career includes a range of experience across various sales, marketing and operations functions, with a proven track record of successfully achieving volume, revenue and profitability objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management/HR management from Lourdes University in Sylvania, Ohio. Michael lives in Monroe, Michigan, with his family.

Frank has 25 years of experience in the plastics industry across a variety of disciplines, including sales and sales leadership, strategic planning, product management, and sourcing. As Vice President of Global Sourcing for Polyethylene, Frank leads his team in meeting polyethylene needs for domestic and international clients and supply partners. During his 16-year tenure with M. Holland, Frank has served in film application development, product management and sales leadership positions. Prior to joining M. Holland, Frank served as president and minority owner of Al-Pack Enterprises, a film manufacturer and packaging distributor, and began his career in technical service at Nova Chemicals. He has built strategic relationships throughout the supply community and greater plastics industry. Frank earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo.

As Vice President of Business Development and Sustainability, Peter brings over 30 years of experience in both key technical and commercial leadership roles. Overseeing our Automotive, Color & Compounding, Electrical & Electronics, Packaging, Wire & Cable, Sustainability, and Healthcare market development teams, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to M. Holland, with extensive international experience that expands our global business development. Peter also serves as an executive sponsor of MTech, our matrix organization coordinating technical and product development initiatives. Prior to joining M. Holland, Peter spent 16 years at Clariant, a renowned color and additive masterbatch leader, where he managed the specialty businesses sales, marketing and technology.

As Vice President of Finance, Jon oversees the global accounting, finance, treasury, and risk management areas of M. Holland’s business, including a team of almost 20 employees. He is integral to M. Holland’s acquisitions process, helping oversee a range of activities from due diligence to successful integration. Prior to joining M. Holland in 2011, Jon served as managing partner at SolomonEdwardsGroup, and chief financial officer at Terra Nova Financial. He has also held multiple senior and executive leadership roles at Gibson/VMG Consulting, VMG Private Equity, Globe Union and Gerber Plumbing Fixtures, LLC, RSM McGladrey, and ServiceLand, Inc. He is a C.P.A. and began his career in public accounting. Jon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Science and Pre-Veterinary Medicine and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jon and his wife, Sigita, have six adult children. They enjoy traveling, sports, home improvement projects, golfing, boating, skiing, swimming, and motorcycling.

Ted has over 30 years of experience in the thermoplastics industry, in December ’23 he will celebrate his 15th year with M. Holland. Ted started at M. Holland in 2008 as a Midwest Region Account Manager working with customers throughout Southeast and Central Wisconsin. Ted finished the 2016 campaign as M. Holland’s #1 Distribution Account Manager. In 2017 Ted was promoted to the role of Midwest Region Sales Manager where he developed and executed sales strategies. Under Ted’s leadership the Midwest Team was recognized as M. Holland’s Distribution Region of the Year for fiscal year 2022. In 2023 Ted was promoted to his current role as the Director of Distribution Sales. Ted earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville in 1992.

Nik serves as M. Holland's Director of Applications and Platform Development, leveraging his leadership experience in tech to optimize platforms and tools that enhance processes and improve employee and customer experiences. In this role, Nik leads the implementation of new platforms and manages strategies for company-wide technology initiatives. Prior to joining M. Holland, Nik served as Vice President of System Development at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice. Outside of work, he is an avid traveler, having spent a year living in Barcelona and has visited over 30 European cities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Multimedia Communication from The Ohio State University.

Keith has been with M. Holland for 24 years and currently serves on the Distribution team as Director, Polypropylene & Polystyrene Sourcing. He is responsible for ongoing development of strategic relationships with polypropylene and polystyrene suppliers worldwide, and he also supports polypropylene product management in the U.S. and Canada. Keith was M. Holland’s first Product Manager for Engineering Thermoplastics when he joined the company in 1999, and since then he has played a key role in establishing many valuable supplier and client relationships through product management and sales leadership positions. His extensive expertise and innovation mindset have been critical in accelerating M. Holland’s growth across the entire portfolio. Keith is an avid golfer and lifelong Chicago professional sports fan. He’s the proud father of three teenagers whose love of music and sports keep him on his toes in his community of Oak Brook, Illinois.

Currently serving as Director, International Corporate Development, Tracy works directly with M. Holland’s suppliers, clients and sellers to better determine and fulfill their business needs. He works closely with M. Holland’s corporate Business Development group to enhance the approach to international business. Before joining M. Holland, Tracy served as President of Tril Export Company and Able International, which M. Holland acquired in 2016. In 2018, he was promoted to Business Development manager for Latin America. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, along with an MBA from Columbia University and an MBA in International Business from the London Business School. Outside of work, Tracy volunteers for various organizations in Puerto Rico, including the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and Grupo 7 Quillas. He enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife Agnes and their three children.

As the Corporate Controller for M. Holland Company and its subsidiaries since September 2022, Tracy is an integral leader on the Finance team. Her responsibilities include finalizing the company’s financial records each month, collaborating with the Compliance and Treasury teams on audits and planning cycles, and helping to improve data systems and quality. She leverages her extensive technology, accounting, planning and reporting experience to build stronger systems and processes throughout the organization, with a focus on communication with global teams and developing people. In 2022, Plastics News recognized Tracy on its list of “Women Breaking the Mold” in the plastics industry. Prior to joining M. Holland in 2013, Tracy held finance and risk management roles at HSBC and Hospira. She is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northeastern Illinois University. Tracy and her husband, Tyke, have three children. They enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors and gardening.

As Director, Polyethylene Sourcing, Tim plays a pivotal role in facilitating growth in both our Distribution and Resale divisions. With over three decades of expertise in plastics distribution, Tim has spent over 16 years at M. Holland, initially as a Regional Sales Manager – Distribution before transitioning to become the Product Manager, overseeing off-grade and generic Polypropylene. Tim currently resides in Dresher, Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Delaware.

As the Director of Client Experience, Tara leads the client experience team, including account and order management. She joined M. Holland as a customer service manager in 2014 before being promoted to director of client experience in 2017. Prior to joining M. Holland, Tara served as a customer service manager at Solo Cup Company and at North American Corporation of Illinois. She has a Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication from Western Illinois University. Tara and her husband, Steve, have been married for 29 years and have one daughter. They enjoy boating and traveling together as often as possible.

As M. Holland’s General Counsel, Jen has direct oversight over the Company's legal affairs and compliance responsibilities, drawing from more than 18 years of experience as an in-house counsel generalist. Before joining M. Holland, Jen spent over 13 years as Associate General Counsel at Ohio universities, providing guidance on issues such as business transactions, procurement, compliance, risk management, audit, real estate, tax, finance, technology accessibility, data security and privacy, reduction in workforce programs, and employee benefits. Holding both a bachelor's and law degree from the University of Toledo, she is also an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and Athens County Bar Association. Jen lives in Athens, Ohio, with her two teenage children.

As Director of Sales for Europe, Ton leverages his expertise in engineered thermoplastics (ETPs) and commodities to establish partnerships with global OEMs, brand-owners and clients. Based out of M. Holland’s office in the Netherlands, Ton is focused on driving M. Holland’s growth strategy throughout Europe. He develops international market strategies, fosters relationships with global customers and business partners, and provides guidance on sustainability programs. Prior to joining M. Holland, Ton spent 34 years at SABIC, where he held several positions in The Netherlands, Saudi Arabia and the U.S. In his last role, he led the company’s Americas sales organization for polymers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Technical College Heerlen and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maastricht/Chamber of Commerce. Ton has also earned several certifications in marketing, procurement and negotiation, leadership, sales, customer management, and finance.

As the Director, Innovation and Technology, Tim brings creativity and evolution to the way we conduct business. With nearly 30 years of experience, including more than 11 years at M. Holland, Tim plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our technologies and guides his team to propel us towards new achievements. Tim is also a part of M. Holland’s Senior Operating Team (SOT), helping transform strategies into actionable realities. Prior to joining M. Holland, Tim served as a Senior Network Engineer/IT Support Manager at One Hope United. He holds a Bachelor of Science in both Computer Information Systems and Accounting from St. Joseph’s College and a certificate in Information Technology Project Management from Northwestern University.

As the Director of Commercial Operations, Dawn works as a trusted business partner across the organization to optimize sales and business performance. With an impressive career spanning over two decades, including positions in sales, marketing, business development, strategic planning, and profit and loss responsibility, Dawn has demonstrated exceptional skill in driving business expansion within the chemical, plastics and hydrocarbon industries. Prior to her tenure at M. Holland, Dawn served as the Global Director of Sales & Marketing at Tundra Innovations, where she led impactful promotional strategies for composite material platforms and cutting-edge technology. Dawn lives in Michigan where her twins also attend college. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan.

Currently serving as Director, Resale Sales, Scott has more than 17 years of experience at M. Holland. Throughout his extensive tenure, Scott has held various key positions with the company, starting as an account manager in 2005 before being promoted to International Sales Manager in 2006, where he managed all international sales of commodity plastics for Mexico, Latin America and Asia. He later served as Product Manager for PE and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Resale East. Prior to his career at M. Holland, Scott worked as a senior sales representative with Westlake Chemical. Scott earned his bachelor of business administration (BBA) from Georgia Southern University in 1994.

Katherine has over 25 years of experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing and supply chain management. As M. Holland’s Supply Chain Director, Katherine leads, develops and implements our supply chain and inventory strategies, while advancing procurement strategies for the future. Prior to joining M. Holland, Katherine served as the Director of Procurement for Tarkett North America, a leader in the manufacture and distribution of flooring and surface solutions and spent more than 21 years with A. Schulman where she worked as North American Director of Procurement. In her spare time, Katherine is involved with nonprofit organizations that support and advocate for individuals with disabilities and developmental delays. She resides in North Canton, Ohio, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Natural Science from the University of Akron and an MBA from Malone College.

Todd is the Director of the Wire & Cable market segment for M. Holland. In this respective area, he works to identify market trends, highlight exceptional technologies and uncover new business opportunities. He focuses on introducing new products and services that create value for the M. Holland client base. Todd has extensive experience in technology and manufacturing within the composites industry. His early career in engineering included advanced compounding and molding technologies for a variety of market segments. Todd has held various engineering, commercial and leadership roles throughout his career and is a certified six sigma black belt. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Kent State University School of Technology with a focus in polymer science and an executive MBA from Kent State. He is an active board member for the Cleveland Section of the Society of Plastics Engineers.

With more than 30 years of experience in the plastics industry, Greg serves as the Director of Commercial Development at M. Holland. Leading the commercial recruiting and development efforts across the Distribution, Resale and Business development business units, Greg is responsible for sourcing commercial talent and expanding the Commercial Development Program, our hands-on, rotational program that prepares early and mid-career talent for commercial career paths. Greg also supports the commercial leadership team to develop and implement sales growth initiatives. Prior to joining M. Holland in 2014, Greg worked as a recruiter for the plastics industry for 17 years. He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the Ohio State University and lives in Columbus, Ohio.

As the Director of Global Automotive for M. Holland, Matt Zessin integrates cost-effective problem solving techniques and analytical analysis to deliver high-quality materials to M. Holland’s Automotive clients. He brings relationship-building skills and expertise in supply chain management to the role. Matt works closely with account managers to develop new applications aligned with the future of the automotive industry. Prior to joining M. Holland, Matt worked for Polymer Z, an automotive plastics distribution company which was acquired by M. Holland in 2015. While there, he supported supply chain initiatives and business development activities. He has also held positions with Roadrunner Transportation Services, where he managed a company-wide pricing software used to increase new business and create pricing strategies. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Marquette University.
